We want you to feel fully confident when bringing Tanea’s light into your space. Because every piece is handcrafted with care, we ask that you review our return policy closely before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Returned items must be:
· Unused and uninstalled.
· In their original condition and packaging.
· Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).
· To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@tanealights.com within the 7-day window.
Items Not Eligible for Return
· Custom or made-to-order items.
· Any item marked as a final sale.
· Items returned without prior approval.
· Damaged or incomplete items not reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
· Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
· If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
· Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
· Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
· Include clear photos of the item and packaging.
· We will work with you to repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Tanea is not responsible for packages marked as ‘delivered’ by the carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
